Q: How do the signs stay in place?
A: They have a magnet at the center that snaps together, keeping the screen door sign wherever you want to position them. It also makes it lightweight instead of a full sheet of magnetic backing.
Q: Will it ruin the mesh material?
A: No, it is a simple piece of magnet at the center. The signs do not have a fully covered magnetic backing, making it easy to use, and no damage.
Q: How do you install the signs?
A: Simply slide it apart and position the first sign in desired location. Bring in the other piece to snap together to keep in place. Or you can freestyle and snap both on at the same time!
Q: Is it permanent installation?
A: That's what makes Mesh Magnets great. They have strong magnets that keep them in place, but they are very easy to remove - by sliding the signs apart. This allows you to use them when needed, like when you have guests, or you can leave them up daily. It also makes it very convenient to change out the designs to your liking.
Q: Do you need to glue them?
A: Forget about the messy glue and going through all the trouble. With Mesh Magnets, you don't need any of that. Our magnets will keep the signs securely in place without causing damages. It's even fun to use!
Q: Assembly required?
A: No assembly required at all. We applied the magnets perfectly in sync for you, to make sure it matches the position on both sides when you connect the pieces. Just take the signs out of the packaging, slide them apart and snap them in place.
Q: Do I need to buy two pieces to connect?
A: No, we got you covered! Our signs come as a set so that they are visible from both the inside and outside.
Q: What does Set of 2 or Set of 4 mean?
A: Our signs originally come as a set which consists of 2 pieces that connect back-to-back and can be seen from the inside and outside. You can use one set or add to it. We offer Sets of 4 which primarily consists of a Sign (Set of 2) and a Visual decoration (Set of 2). Or you can put purchase them separately to create your own combinations.
Q: Can these be used in a rolling screen door or a retractable screen door?
A: Unfortunately since our signs are thick and sturdy acrylic, they work only on sliding screen doors, unless you keep them extended for long periods and easily remove when needed. Also perfect for screen windows!
Q: Can these be used on glass sliding doors or glass windows?
A: Glass is too thick for the magnets to connect, so we do offer our signs WITHOUT magnets. They will include strong foam adhesive so you can apply them for a more long-term application.
